White Epoxy Resin

A thermosetting polymer cured through irreversible cross-linking, this white epoxy resin delivers the formidable adhesion, dimensional stability and chemical resistance that have made epoxies indispensable since their commercialisation in the late 1940s. With compressive strengths of 90–100 MPa that rivals medium-strength concrete, a tensile capacity near 30 MPa and a modulus around 3 GPa, it bonds, seals and casts with precision. Once set it is rigid and comparatively brittle, prizing hardness and impermeability over flexibility, and is widely deployed in coatings, encapsulation and high-performance composite matrices.
